【葉國吏／綜合報導】檢察總長黃世銘濫權監聽案，檢評會以七大理由，建議將黃世銘撤職。

檢評會委員彭文正，接受《自由時報》專訪時表示，如果特偵組不受制衡，不管是誰當檢察總長，都會自我膨脹，台灣更會因此回到白色恐怖時代。
