泰總理：反對派要求已違憲

泰國總理盈拉說，軍方在這次政爭裡將保持中立。他還說，反對派的要求已經違憲，他沒辦法接受。

盈拉今天在記者會上還說，政府會照顧外國遊客確保安全。目前政府辦公室正常運作，當局會按大多數民眾意願化解危機，而軍方則會保持中立。

盈拉昨天晚上跟示威領袖蘇德會晤，不過蘇德說他拒絕談判，並且要盈拉在兩天內下台。

盈拉在記者會上強調，將設法協調談判，政府的談判之門永遠敞開。不過，他說示威領袖要求的，不僅是要政府下台或解散國會重新大選，而是要所謂「還政於民」，另立全新的法例和政治制度，這種要求不符合憲法。
