深夜放鞭炮擾民　竹市廟會遭罰首例

【林師民／新竹報導】廟會放鞭炮小心挨罰！新竹市一間宮廟上月中旬舉辦活動，持續到深夜10時以後，廟方仍施放煙火爆竹，聲響引發民眾抱怨，警方獲報勸阻無效，轉報環保局派員到場稽查，依「噪音管制法」開罰，可處新台幣3千以上、3萬元以下罰鍰，成為新竹市歷年來首起因廟會活動噪音遭裁罰案件。
