南市議員林炳利發聲明　控立委趙天麟亂爆料

【辛啟松、李恩慈／台南報導】針對立委趙天麟「爆料」關說撤告，台南市議員林炳利怒控「子虛烏有」，表示吳姓主任到和順派出所瞭解事實真相，並沒有要求院方撤告，也沒有通報他，這事件從頭到尾他都不知情，他指責趙天麟沒有求證就即隨意爆料，傷害他人名譽做法相當「缺德」，要求趙天麟道歉，否則將提告。
 
林炳利發表聲明指出，安南醫院沈姓護理師與鄭姓市民爭執案是上個月27日發生，他當時並沒有接獲陳情，２天後在市議會開會，吳姓主任在某泡茶場合聽到現場有市民提起此事，為表達關懷，主動當和順派出所瞭解全案，知道全案已進入司法程序，因此未多做表示，也未向其報告。
 
林炳利強調，這事件從頭到尾他都不知情，從沒有人告訴他此事，甚至向他求證，直至今天上午關切電話打進來，他開電視才知道自己成為電視新聞主角，並成為別人「打知名度」的犧牲品，實在非常冤枉，也很無辜，他不屑政治人物踩著別人往上爬，他要求立委趙天麟還其清白，並保留傷害其名譽的法律追訴權。
