分校經費少　高市議員要求設置紅毛港國中

【涂建豐／高雄報導】紅毛港遷村後，在原高雄縣創設鳳翔國小、鳳翔國中，原高市則設紅毛港國小及明義國中中安分校。議員陳麗娜今召開記者會指出，原本可設「紅毛港國中」怎麼變成「中安分校」？分校平均每生經費115699元更是全市最低，教育產業工會說，分校無校長、無行政人員、無校護，群師無首，如何安心教書？要求市府儘速成立紅毛港國中。

教育局回應說，如果學生夠多，當然可以成立國中，但問題是現在當地住戶少，學生數不足，但為管理方便，將考慮與緊鄰的紅毛港國小合併成立為中小學。

中安分校表示，該分校平均每生經費較低，是因為少了校長、校護等人事經費，其他經費都與各校相同，並無較少。單獨成校的好處是有行政體系，但缺點是小校老師少，配課很麻煩，可能還要用代課老師，師資水準不一。
