租房旁的小學每早造成的困擾

我租的房子旁邊的小學（所在縣市是彰化縣）
最近這個月，
每天早上 7.30，
就會用學校的廣播喇叭不停的重複播放那種類似早操的音樂直到 8.00，
（音量大到我關起窗口，帶起耳機看電影還能聽到那種 ）

常常睡覺睡到一半，早上7.30就被吵起來，
真的很火大，試過到學校一次找過老師討論，
結果那個老師還不承認是他們學校放的，
整個音樂就是從他們學校的廣播喇叭播出來的，
後來她終於承認了，就用很敷衍的口氣跟我說：我會跟學校說明。

結果，音樂照常播放，音量一樣那麼大聲，我一樣到 7.30就被吵起來....

請問大大們，
遇到學校早上這麼早就這樣做，是否觸犯到環境噪音的法規呢？
然後大大們有什麽方法可以建議嗎？
