信用卡利息好高　金管會今金檢

【葉國吏／綜合報導】為化解外界對銀行信用卡業務有暴利疑慮，金管會今起將對前5大發卡銀行啟動專案金檢。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，金管會今天起將開始檢查，中國信託、花旗銀行、國泰世華銀、台新銀和玉山銀前5大發卡銀行，是否有落實依持卡人信用優劣做差別利率定價、是否有定期檢視、是否有超額利潤，及是否落實信貸貸款限民眾月收入22倍等4大重點。如果發現違規，最高可處1000萬元罰鍰或限制業務。

民眾刷卡消費時，有時難免會動用循環利息，而發卡行是否有按照規定訂出差別利率，金管會將啟動專案金檢。資料照片
