【短片】NY地鐵事故同路段　七月也發生出軌

【簡嘉宏／綜合外電報導】美國1日發生紐約通勤列車出軌翻覆意外，造成4名乘客罹難，67人受傷，5節車廂出軌，這條哈德遜鐵路歷史已超過150年，今年七月也曾於同路段發生出軌意外。
 
發生事故的列車由紐約大都會運輸局（Metropolitan Transportation Authority，MTA）營運，而事發的鐵路線（哈德遜線，Hudson Line）也由MTA負責維護工作，這條哈德遜鐵路線沿哈德遜河修築，歷史十分悠久，於1851年就已修建，每年運送上千萬名乘客，1日正值美國感恩節後的星期天，營運任務更為繁重。
 
哈德遜鐵路線百餘年來經過多次大規模整修，最近一次出軌事故發生在今年七月，且地點相同。但根據國家運輸安全署（National Transportation Safety Board）官員威納（Earl Weener）1日在與紐約州長一起進行的聯合記者會中表示，「目前並沒有任何證據顯示這兩起事件有任何關連，但調查小組會進行釐清」。
