蘋果日報-5大信用卡發卡行 金管會今啟動金檢
為化解外界對銀行信用卡業務有暴利疑慮，金管會主委曾銘宗昨說，今起將對前5大發卡銀行啟動專案金檢，檢查是否有落實依持卡人信用優劣做差別利率定價、是否有定期檢視、是否有超額利潤，及是否落實信貸貸款限民眾月收入22倍等4大重點。

為釐清外界對銀行雙卡業務賺取「暴利」的疑慮，金管會決定採取三大措施；第一、兩周內啟動對雙卡業務前五大銀行的專案金檢，了解是否落實風險訂價、定期檢討利率以及是否有超額利潤；第二、要求有超額利潤的銀行擬定客戶回饋計畫；第三、清查消費貸款是否有逾借款人所得22倍的情況。
