大家好，我是新手人資，非相關科系也毫無經驗，幾天前入取了一間工程顧問公司，進公司的這週，我卻發現公司沒有任何關於人事、會計、資訊助理，全交由一名行政主管擔當上述職位的工作內容 。 他預計十二月初離職，利用十天做教育訓練，讓三名新進人員做上述工作內容，十一月的薪資他會教我們發款，之後十二月薪水就交由我們發核。 公司的薪資是採人工配合Excel函數及巨集計算，我完全沒有概念，這五天下來，真的覺得越來越緊張，壓力越來越大，如果我學不好，以後的薪水發不出來怎麼辦？ 讓我有了離職念頭，不知道各位先進想法如何？ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 27.52.235.3
