酒駕偷機車偷到警察的　被逮辯稱趕上班

【呂健豪／新北報導】偷車偷到警察頭上！新北市中和二分局警方今凌晨4時執行巡邏勤務時，發現1名徐姓男子騎乘機車時不斷搖晃，攔檢後發現該男子酒駕，經酒測後酒測值高達0.66毫克，此外徐男還自己坦承機車為竊取得來，警方聯絡車主後發現，失主竟是一名警察。

徐男供稱，昨日與友人喝酒至深夜11時許，共喝掉近16瓶啤酒，今天上午3時許趕著從中和住處前往萬華果菜市場上班，因沒有交通工具，才以由他保管的公司貨車鑰匙，發動停放路邊的機車，並從其他機車竊取安全帽，沒想到騎沒多遠就被警方逮個正著，訊後警方依公共危險、竊盜罪嫌將徐男移送法辦，派出所警方也熱心的案發地點附近貼出告示，請安全帽遭竊取的民眾前往認領。
