【短片】「下大雨必淹」　居民怪五楊高架釀禍

【綜合報導】潭美颱風挾帶大雨，中山高速公路南崁交流道水淹1個輪胎深，還造成大塞車。對此，南崁村長林丕馨直指是五楊高架工程設計不當所導致地勢下陷，向政府單位反應卻又互踢皮球。

林丕馨表示，這個地方以前不會淹水，自從五楊高架做了以後，每次遇到下大雨就淹水，「我們向公所反應，叫我們找交通單位，這樣就不對了嘛，根本不顧人民安全。」
