賊摸黑偷工地電纜　形跡敗露遭制伏

歹路不可行！新北市板橋區1名男子28歲林曾鑫，上周六凌晨趁黑夜摸進板橋中正路1處工地，準備動手剪斷工地內電纜線拿去變賣，遭巡視工地的工地主任發現，林男見事跡敗露逃跑不成，竟與工地主任發生扭打，又隨手拿起路邊的木棍欲攻擊對方，沒想到反遭奪下後打倒在地，被趕來的工人制伏後通知警方帶回。

工地主任向警方表示，該處工地前幾天才被偷過，加強巡邏果真發現竊嫌，立刻上前追捕；警方調查，林姓男子趁著假日晚上工地沒人，想偷剪電纜線變賣，沒想事跡 敗露後被發現，本想拿棍棒攻擊對方，反遭打成氣胸與手指骨折住院，警方當場也查獲做案用的竊盜工具一批，訊後依準強盜罪嫌函送法辦。（何柏均／新北報導）
