真正合格的「性向測驗」要做假， 前提是： 1.你非常了解"測驗"的邏輯 2.你非常了解這個職缺需要的特性是什麼 「每一個測驗結果都有適合的工作」 這句話很重要， 所以再強調一次 「每一個測驗結果都有適合的工作」 這不是一個等級測驗，A>B>C... 而是「類型」測驗。 例如我前公司的測驗，會測驗出: 驅動你工作的動力是什麼？ 你傾向用什麼樣的方式解決問題？ 與你的溝通方式用什麼樣會比較有效？ .... 這些都不是「員工是否優秀」的測驗， 而是用來判斷 1.他適不適合這個職缺？他是不是更適合另一個？ 2.他和我們這個團隊是否能一起運作？ ... -- 因此，如果遇到很鳥的測驗， 願不願意加班啦、彈性如何啦...這種低能測驗， 真的可以考慮選其他公司，因為他連基本的「招募」都做得這麼不重視。 如果測驗的選項是讓你一看就覺得「朋友A是第一個選項、朋友B是第二個選項...」 讓你覺得每個選項都很容易浮現身邊朋友的特性， 通常這種測驗都要花錢， 且做完測驗跑結果都要花一筆錢，這樣願意投資在面試者的公司，可以考慮！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 59.115.198.133 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1408554967.A.24B.html
