合宜宅案開庭 蔡仁惠全認罪

〔自由時報記者張文川／台北報導〕台北地院審理八德合宜宅弊案，昨首度開庭，傳喚擔任白手套的前台北科技大學教授蔡仁惠，蔡仁惠全部認罪；準備程序庭分三次開庭，預定下週一傳喚遠雄集團董事長趙藤雄、前副總經理魏春雄、桃園縣前副縣長葉世文的女性密友陳麗玲，九月一日則輪到葉世文。

葉世文被控在桃園八德合宜宅、林口A7合宜宅、新竹眷村改建等三案，共向遠雄集團索賄五千二百萬元，並由蔡仁惠居間轉送現金兩次，助葉世文在八德案收賄一千六百萬元、林口A7案得手四百萬元，只有新竹眷改案沒有拿到錢。

蔡仁惠在偵查期間轉為污點證人，和盤供出聯絡、交錢過程。

蔡仁惠昨對起訴書的犯罪事實全部認罪，辯護律師施汝憬主張，起訴書中A7合宜宅案部分，「漏未記載」蔡仁惠是否適用證人保護法，因此請求法院確認是否可以減刑或免刑，法官將此部分列為未來的爭點。
