基隆拓寬弊案遭列被告　綠營議員高喊「沒收賄」

針對昨天基隆地檢署以嫌疑人身分約談18位基隆市議員，民進黨籍市議員於今天中午召開記者會，會中市議員蔡適應表示，月眉路拓寬工程是屬於中央補助款案，地方議員對中央此種補助發放與否並無應響力，只有立法委員才有影響，檢調既認為這條路不應鋪設，應該去詢問營建署為何撥款補助，並且也要傳喚立委謝國樑、徐少萍釐清。

另外檢調曾認為參加市議會道路拓寬會議的都是嫌疑人，蔡適應拿出會議記錄，表示上面還是有些人並沒有被約談，是不是檢調選擇性辦案，還是藉此抹黑政敵。（戴之聖／基隆報導）
