隔壁住違法基地台　中華、遠傳設備躲民宅

【林金聖╱台北報導】台北市一名女房東兩年前將千萬的大廈11樓以2萬3千元價格出租，沒想到房客竟找兩家電信業者設基地台，每月獲利近10萬元，估2年暴利240萬元；隔壁住戶狂開冷氣都不冷，以為是百年高溫所致，前天女房東發現被換鎖破門，才知被非法架設基地台，緊急通知NCC查緝員拆除，她痛斥：「偷偷摸摸設基地台實在很可恥。」
