【綜合報導】受潭美颱風外圍環流影響，中央氣象局今天發布豪雨特報，目前新北市八里區日累積雨量己達108毫米，居全台雨量首冠；輕颱潭美逼近，今天恐齊發布海陸警報，上午將先發海上警報 。

氣象局指出，今天基隆北海岸、北部及東北部地區有局部大雨或豪雨發生的機率，東部及中南部地區有局部大雨發生的機率，請注意瞬間大雨、雷擊及強陣風。
