輕度颱風潭美20日持續逼近台灣，氣象局發布豪雨特報，受到颱風外圍環流影響，在基隆北海岸、北部及東北部地區有局部大雨或豪雨發生的機率。（圖／中央社）

新北市政府今（20）日表示，為因應潭美颱風來襲，自晚間10點起，轄內各學校及路邊紅黃線開放停車基於安全考量，21日上午8點起實施高灘地車輛只出不進、下午2點關閉橫移門（水門），民眾若有車輛停放在河川區域或各河濱公園內，請儘速駛離，以免愛車受損。
新北市政府並呼籲，颱風期間考量人車安全，請勿進入新店溪、大漢溪、二重疏洪道及淡水河側等河濱公園內，以免發生危險。
新北市政府也表示，為維護內河載客船舶航行安全並使業者預為整備防颱措施，有關內河載客船舶（淡水河藍色公路載客船舶停航）即予停航，請民眾轉乘其他陸運交通工具。
