HTC One自問世以來好評不斷，國外知名手機網站engadget在最新一期的夏季手機購買指南裡，針對市面上手機所發表的簡單評測，更直指「新HTCOne是目前市場上最好、功能最全面的智慧型手機。」樹立了智慧型手機的新標準，地位難以被擊敗。

此次評測重點主要從專業角度出發，以條列式的整理幫助消費者進行購買評估，負責的外媒編輯認為，新HTC One不僅具有一體成形的優美設計，其獨特的BlinkFeed首頁、內建的Zoe實境相簿更深受許多安卓系統粉絲的喜愛。

此外，新HTC One的照相功能也屢被提及，「多功能相機在低光源環境表現尤其卓越」，整體給予這支手機極高的評價。新HTC One的好也反應在節節攀升的銷售量上，更連續2個月蟬連台灣手機單機銷售量冠軍。
