小的面試過的公司,有上百間了吧,因為他們要核薪,所以面談中, 如果沒有提到要給你多少錢,通常就無望了,當然也有極少特例. 舉個例子1998年,我去普揚(erp,倒閉了),他問我要多少,我說25000, 後來就沒消息了,接下來,我去儒鴻,儒鴻問我要多少,因為他們要 找一張白紙,從頭訓練寫儒鴻的erp,所以就用剛畢業的我了. 那時就有談到錢了,儒鴻說,因為我完全沒經驗,只能給月薪20000. --
