餐廳名稱：珍香 消費時間：2014年/4月 地址：楊梅市大成路21號楊梅市公所對面 http://blog.xuite.net/yakifone/wretch/228636407 到楊梅就想找個有歷史的地方吃客家菜 但只有兩人也不能吃餐館 這家珍香飲食店想必很有名 歷史已經有50年了 客滿所以我們是坐到後面的巷子裡吃 在陋巷內吃傳統的客家菜 我覺得真的是 非常難得的經驗 我們點了湯的米苔目 口感偏軟 但大骨湯和油蔥都把這碗傳統口味的 米苔目點綴的恰到好處 在這楊梅50年的老店不說傳統 能說甚麼呢 切盤鵝肉-- 略帶煙燻的鵝肉 最畫龍點睛的是他附的客家桔醬 接近金黃色的醬料和醬油膏是絕佳的對比 鵝肉的肉汁和皮上的脂肪香氣 若是吃到覺得油膩 沾上酸澀的桔醬 那種恰到好處的化學變化真的是 不試不知道 再點炒的乾河粉以薑絲大腸 這大腸潔白的像花枝 又酸又Q的口感 加上河粉Q彈的嚼勁 這個晚上的美食體驗 真的是令人難忘 店裡歷史悠久的設備 泛光的卡座 足以告訴食客他們來到正確的飲食店 如果到楊梅 推薦到這家用餐 http://blog.xuite.net/yakifone/wretch/228636407 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.185.80.178 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1405850593.A.DD6.html ※ yakifone:轉錄至看板 Taoyuan 07/20 18:03
