活了19年一直都以為自己是油性肌膚 直到前陣子到醫美診所打淨膚雷射 美麗的護士小姐幫我卸妝時告訴我 "你的臉真的很乾耶 要多保濕喔" 才驚覺原來自己是乾性肌膚嗎!!?? 平常皮膚狀況: 接近生理期時偶爾長痘子 鼻子部分長粉刺 但是臉上常常有閉鎖性的白頭粉刺 大概長在紅圈處 http://ppt.cc/gI3r 有次請醫生幫我擠出來 是一顆小小的白球 可能是脂肪? 所以才一直以為自己是油性肌 平常使用卸妝乳/蜜(蜜妮,ZA) 再用perfect whip洗面乳 洗完臉皮膚會有緊繃感 保養程序是拍上保濕化妝水(肌研,Neogence) 偶爾使用平價面膜 最近開始打雷射 會用理膚寶水的噴霧 再用修復凝膠 除此之外沒有其他特別的保養了 我的保養程序實在很簡陋(艸) 麻煩大家給我意見 是不是漏掉甚麼必要的程序? 或是保養品的選擇 謝謝!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 203.67.167.54
