傳范佐憲放高利貸？洪仲丘姊：軍方用人沒天理

【林海全╱台中報導】外傳范佐憲放高利貸、簽賭網站，洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸說，如果事情屬實，軍中用這樣的人，真的很沒有天理，現在軍方沒有查到事證，她指出，若軍方要包庇，也無從去了解，除非軍方有下定決心要徹查，對於銷毀影帶的部份，她指出，就算說有〈銷毀〉，現在也會說沒有，不會有現行犯說有做，後續就看檢方求證。
