少女書包藏驗孕棒街遭性侵　男判3年半

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】台中市一名就讀國中的13歲少女，前年2月到鄰居王姓男子住處玩電腦，不慎在王男住處睡著，王男竟趁機對少女摸胸並指姦，事後因老師在少女書包發現驗孕棒才揭發此事。台中高分院依加重強制性交判王男3年6月。可上訴。

法院審理時，王男(52歲)坦承雖性侵，但辯稱不知少女年齡，不過少女證稱，從小學5年級起，就被阿嬤帶到王家玩，雙方認識不短，王男應知她幾歲。一審判王男3年6月，王不服上訴，二審法官認為王年齡足以為少女父執輩，竟性侵少女，且犯後至今無和解，駁回上訴。
