軍公教月退俸改每季發放 明年起實施

行政院發言人孫立群說，今年3月28日財政健全小組的第2次會議決議，將現行退休軍公教退俸發給方式從原來每半年發放改為每季發放，且在106年全面改為每月發放，估計每年可節省近10億元的利息支出。

孫立群表示，由於現行發放退俸時間為每年的1月及7月，剛巧遇上稅收淡季，因此國庫必須舉債發放。他說，考量受影響軍公教朋友可能會有財務規劃，因此才先改為按季發放，最終目標則是改為按月發放。

不過，孫立群強調，106年是否全面改為按月發，仍須視實際的情況，屆時再作最後決定。至於是否與選舉相關？他說，若真有選舉考量，根本不會提此方案。
