綜藝節目綑綁藝人強迫接吻　NCC開罰1.5萬元

【徐毓莉／台北報導】國家通訊傳播委員會(NCC)今裁處數件違規的電視節目內容，其中華視POWER星期天的KISS向前衝單元，播出女男、男男等受罰被迫嘴對嘴接吻內容，並有受罰者遭綑綁並大聲哭喊抵抗，其它藝人按壓強迫、戲謔嘲笑等，且鼓譟「腳要張開」、「你這個禽獸」等情節，NCC表示，17名專家學者諮詢委員中有11名認為要依法處理，該單元型態不妥適，呈現性別霸凌等問題。NCC以電視節目內容不得有傷害兒童身心健康，罰1.5萬元。
