寬粉泡不爛也煮不爛　日順：因較寬較厚

《蘋果》實測虎牌、龍口、日正及日順四個品牌的寬粉或粉皮，浸泡24小時、煮30分鐘，泡不爛也煮不爛。日順業者表示，日順精饌寬粉採用的是丹麥的馬鈴薯澱粉和越南綠豆現磨的綠豆澱粉，日順精饌寬粉比其他品牌的寬粉、粉皮都寬及厚，所以比其他家會泡不爛煮不爛。

日順表示，《蘋果》實測後衛福部會來抽測，日順精饌寬粉雖是在越南生產，但該公司對原料有信心。（戴安瑋／台北報導）
