俄羅斯新聞社今天報導，俄國總統普丁下令海軍北海艦隊及傘兵部隊全面警戒，展開臨時軍事演習。報導指出，該演習兵力共達4萬人，另有41艘軍艦及15艘潛水艇參與。。（桂家齊／綜合外電報導）
