獅隊第3位洋投大衛　6年大聯盟資歷

統一獅今年開季的3個洋將已經確定，先前已簽下多明尼加籍右投華納(Warner Madrigal)與前日本火腿左投賈斯汀(Justin Thomas)，今天再公布簽下左投大衛(David Kent Purcey)。

大衛有6年大聯盟資歷，效力過藍鳥、老虎、運動家與白襪，累積成績7勝13敗，防禦率4.98。若依照先前獅隊的安排，華納將擔任中繼，而大衛與賈斯汀，則將擔任先發投手。

3位洋投皆預定在2月初抵台，新聘的打擊教練菲力浦，下周二就將投入獅隊春訓，到時球隊陣容就能完整報到。（王翊亘／台南報導）
