柯文哲：員警為市民安全打拼　值得市民掌聲

台北市長柯文哲今下午在臉書po文表示，今早6點47分，多數市民都還在睡夢中，警察局長邱豐光已打電話向他報告槍殺嫌犯陳福祥已在桃園被逮捕。他說，這些辛苦的員警為市民的安全打拼，維持近年台北市的重大刑案破案率達百分之百。這一個使國人不安的刑事案件，能快速地抓到嫌犯，值得每一位市民的掌聲。
 
柯文哲指出，台大醫院葉克膜成功的秘訣，在於不斷地檢討改進，不斷地修正流程，讓每次一點點的進步，累積成為顯著的進步；因此他也請邱豐光局長檢討這次的峨嵋街槍擊案，希望下次在鎖定兇嫌的情況下，能更快速地緝捕到案。
 
柯文哲說，他希望市府團隊養成「隨時思考如何可以更好」的習慣；他也相信，「沒有最好、只有更好」，能讓台北市的公務員成為最好的服務團隊。（林修卉／台北報導）
