嘉市果菜市場攤商員工騎機車撞貨車死亡

嘉義市果菜市場某攤商22歲郭姓員工，24日近中午騎機車到博愛路橋下的市場工作，不慎撞上正停車卸貨的53歲盧姓男子駕駛的貨車後車斗升降機台，郭男氣管被機台切斷，當場慘死，盧姓車主供稱，他停車卸水果，未看到郭男機車，不知郭男如何撞上，現場無監視器，警方以過失致死罪移送盧男，傍晚檢察官會同法醫到嘉義基督醫教醫院相驗，偵訊盧男後請回。
