【公庫】媒體採訪區=可愛動物區？

台北市警察局元旦公布《台北市警察局執行集會遊行與媒體協調之工作守則》，宣稱自元旦起，將在執行大型集會遊行現場設置「媒體採訪區」及「意見表達區（抗議區）­」。消息傳出後，超過五百位媒體工作者、公民記者和網友在網路連署，表示未來採訪陳抗活動­時，拒絕進入由警方設置媒體採訪區，同時呼籲警方執法須受民眾與媒體監督。今(24)日，新聞e論壇與媒體改造學社邀請獨立記者、另類媒體記者、公民記者以及支持劃設採訪區的「台灣新聞記者協會」，共同討論「媒體採訪區」構想實踐後的可能利弊風險。

「媒體採訪區」是否限縮媒體的監督角色？現場警媒協商是否過於理想？記者安全風險是否適合由警察統一保護？採訪區設置後，記者一旦出了採訪區是否意味警察執法有理？是否會造成記者的寒蟬心理？...（更多內容）
