查理週刊恐攻歐盟降旗默哀

（中央社記者江今葉布魯塞爾8日專電）查理週刊巴黎辦公室昨天遭恐怖攻擊共12人死亡，歐盟今天降半旗致哀，近千名歐洲議會議員、官員與民眾在寒風細雨中，帶著「我是查理」的標語，聚集歐洲議會前默哀致意。

查理週刊（Charlie Hebdo）槍擊案造成12人死亡，4人重傷，3名嫌犯仍在逃。法國總統歐蘭德（Francois Hollande）昨晚透過電視頻道公開講話，宣布今天全國哀悼日，法國公務機關將降半旗致哀3天。

為表達對法國政府與人民的支持，歐盟今天也全面降半旗致哀。

歐洲議會今天上午也在議會前廣場舉行默哀儀式，會場上的歐盟會旗也特別繫上黑絲帶哀悼，歐洲議會的跑馬燈也顯示「我是查理」（Je suis Charlie），表達支持言論自由。

近千名歐洲議會議員、官員與民眾帶著「我是查理」的標語參加今天的默哀儀式，歐洲議會議長舒爾茲（Martin Schulz）在默哀前代表議會向法國與受害家屬致哀。

舒爾茲也表示，儘管發生這樣的不幸事件，但歐盟絕對不會因此向恐怖分子屈服，放棄普世公認的言論自由與新聞自由。1040108
