【壹週刊】80萬裝潢新婚房 地磚竟空心

案情：新北市張先生於今年二月，委託蔡永 鴻設計師負責的杰泓工程，裝修他購買的公寓，包括泥作、鋪設地磚等共八十多萬元，並打算施工完當結婚新房。「他先付了二十五萬元。到了四月，鋪完拋光石英 地磚後，我上網查可用錢幣敲地磚驗收，結果因為聲音不同，可能出現施作空心等品質問題，而要求對方加以說明。」

「杰泓卻說這不是空心，並說找地磚師傅挖來看。師傅沒來。又說不接受我用錢幣敲，要 找第三方來檢驗，費用由他們付，但也沒實現，還說不願繼續工程，僅催促我付餘款五十多萬元。」他只好自行委託台灣檢驗科技（SGS）查驗認定部分地磚空 心，「對方仍不接受，一狀告到法院說我不付錢。真冤枉。」張先生說......點我看影片
