大嫂姊夫通姦　男恐嚇：「打死活埋」

台中市一名郭姓男子(32歲)曾因妨害自由罪入監服刑，前年出獄，發現大嫂與姊夫發生婚外情，對2人甚感不滿，前年6月21日，在家裡客廳聽見哥哥正和分居的大嫂通電話、談判，一時氣憤，在旁對電話大喊「太囂張，兩個我都打死、活埋」。
 
大嫂聽聞後甚感恐懼提告，郭男到案否認恐嚇，辯稱那些話是對哥哥說的，但大嫂提出電話錄音，確實有錄到郭男在旁大聲恐嚇，檢察官認為，郭男這些話顯然不是對哥哥說話，台中地檢署今依恐嚇罪將郭男提起公訴。(鄧玉瑩／台中報導)
