梁振英：明啟動第二輪政改諮詢

香港特首梁振英表示，明7日將啟動第二輪政改諮詢，希望各界市民，即使有不同意見，都能夠好好把握此機會，根據《基本法》及人大常委會的政改決定集中討論，「一步一步向前行」。

他再三強調，任何脅迫港府和中央的行為都不能改變《基本法》或將不合法的事變為合法。

梁振英稱，因為已有第一輪諮詢報告的基礎，第二輪諮詢範圍不會像上次般寬闊，希望市民以合法、理性、務實的方式討論，達成共識。

對於有指政府第二輪諮詢不再到各地區舉行諮詢會，被質疑是迴避聽取民意，梁振英回應稱，會用合適的方式聽市民意見，重申自己願意接觸市民，但前提是要達到互動交流目的。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
