基隆雜糧商進芊鑫消泡粉　今已自行退貨

位在基隆市西定路上的國全行，日前曾向芊鑫進貨銷泡粉，商家在接獲基隆市衛生局通知後，今天上午已經主動將9箱半，共約186公斤的消泡粉退回。廠商無奈表示，原本今天在等芊鑫的人過來收貨，不過等了一天都沒人來收，所以自己主動去退貨，芊鑫有提供合格保證書「這到底是怎麼回事，我們真的很無奈」。（蔡進男、戴之聖／基隆報導）
