盜伐切塊藏後座　山老鼠遇臨檢被逮

桃園大溪警分局昨深夜在台七線羅浮段執行臨檢勤務，但38歲陳姓男子開著轎車抵達臨檢點時，先假意慢下車速接受檢查，但等警員上前要盤查時，陳男突然踩油門加速逃逸，警方通報圍捕，最後在詩朗產業道路逮捕陳男，並在車後座起出5塊重240公斤，市價約40萬元扁柏，陳嫌供稱是幫朋友載運，但警方調查，陳男應是盜伐集團成員，涉嫌在宜蘭國有林班地盜伐後，再經由台七線跨過中央山脈，利用轎車由桃園這頭偷運出，警訊後依違反森林法及竊盜罪嫌移送，並深入追查盜伐集團。（黎百代／桃園報導）
