基市1名疑有同性戀傾向19歲趙姓男子，喜歡上就讀國3余姓少年，去年9月間，趙男邀約少年到家中未果，遂傳手機LINE訊息恐嚇少年，內容「是我是變態」、「我放不下這斷感情」、「讓我去坐牢」、「我才有辦法放棄」等等，趙男見少年不理，到少年住處附近等候，某日清晨見少年與母親外出，便上前攔阻並壓住少年肩膀，少年母親撥開趙男，想讓兒子先離開，趙男情急之下，推扯少年母親致使摔倒在地受傷，檢方依妨害自由等罪嫌起訴。法官審理，趙男不循理性方式處理問題，先後以恐嚇、強制、傷害等方法，逼使少年與他碰面，趙男雖與少年母親達成和解，但並沒有履行賠償協議，考量趙男沒有前科，坦承犯行，3罪合計判處3月15天，如易科罰金1天折算1千元。（蔡進男／基隆報導）
