由於房價居高不下，加上政府打房，今年台北市房屋買買移轉件數將來到3萬1601件的史上最低紀錄，但在前幾年「存糧」仍夠的情況下，房仲家數反而逆勢撐在最高點，並未減少，不過，因僧多粥少，今年台北市房仲市場也將出現有史以來單店成交件數最低的紀錄，全年成交件數將不滿38件。
