台北市長當選人柯文哲今天下午到台中監獄探視前總統陳水扁，他進入探視約一個多小時，出來時接受媒題採訪時表示，陳水扁與兩年前相比大概有瘦一點，我想現在是那種慢性的神經性退化，他跟我講話還是會漏尿，經過台北榮總台中榮總與高雄長庚看過，醫學上的問題看過都一樣，建議他在家療養，這個問題已經拖了兩年，只有馬總統可以處理。
