林飛帆：民進黨不分區立委提名集權中央

學運領袖林飛帆今天在台灣政治學會發表論文，探討民進黨不分區立委提名和社會運動的關係。他指出，民進黨提名辦法過去20年來從開放走向集權，2004年後黨中央掌提名權，等於擁有更多的權力。評論人台大社會學系教授范雲說，不能只看提名辦法，也要納入如2008年選制改變所造成的影響，民進黨後期已全面退出社運，在體質上有很大的改變。

林飛帆以台大政治系碩士生身分發表論文，論文題目「民主與進步的兩難？ 1992年到2012年歷屆民進黨不分區立委的提名與社會運動」，由於研究尚未完成，僅研析民進黨提名辦法。
