板上各位先進好代友詢問下 ============== 假如由外面系統廠 (約三~四年經驗) 進去的話請問有機會談到E8嗎? (看板上好像MTK純種的要三四年升也是很難@@) 假如沒E8的話進去後考績(I+ or E)大概怎樣才會有機會升E8呢還有升等制度大概是怎樣的呢? 我爬文跟詢問MTK友人好像是三四月提 , 然後六七月出來結果??
