【更新】樹森飼料油牛排　新北追下游

新北市衛生局今持續派員稽查樹森公司下游，兵分多路前往20家下游業者，稽查後發現僅13家業者使用平價標準牛排，其中包括平價牛排店、燒烤店與小吃店等，調查發現13家業者本月總進貨量為415公斤，除113公斤下架外，其餘全數販售一空，衛生局後續也將持續追查。
 
衛生局提到，今日所稽查13家業者，分別為名峰烤肉飯、三好日本料理、喜客牛排坊、YES牛排、康迪義大利風味坊、四輪禽業商行、鍋將軍涮涮鍋、紅人牛排、大本家、重慶牛排、豐味平價牛排館、珍饕與大嘴巴等店家。
 
衛生局強調，業者若發現產品有衛生安全疑慮時，應即主動停止製造、加工、販賣及辦理回收，並通報衛生主管機關，即日起仍販售同品項產品，將依《食品安全衛生管理法》最高可處300萬元罰鍰。（陳威叡／新北報導）
