標題[問題] 服裝助理..卻一直被抓去拍網拍

大家好，目前有個問題很困擾我... 目前的職業是服裝設計助理，月薪兩萬多 公司不久前成立自創品牌，賣的也是中高單價產品(3~4千) 而我假日有在兼差業餘Show Girl、Model，一小時約500~1000元甚至更多， 公司就看中這點，一直找我拍免費網拍Model 這目前我都還好，雖然內心很幹但都吞了XD 但最近有個大型展覽會竟然要我上台走秀！ 我問說是否有補貼，公司說預算不足，卻又找一堆很貴的知名平面Model ((想當然爾我既要走秀同時又要當經紀人照顧那些模特兒)) 我想問這樣要求補貼(或者不答應走秀)會很不合理嗎? 亦或者我該怎麼做? 而且最近想要談加薪，這股氣是否該吞下去呢... 有任何意見都可以跟我說，謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.42.25.53 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1414590808.A.02E.html ※ 編輯: abby800715 (114.42.25.53), 10/29/2014 21:57:02
