陳繼仁讓國碩起死回生　打造碩禾為太陽能股王

國碩（2406）暨碩禾（3691）前董事長陳繼仁因長期積勞成疾，不幸於今天辭世，享年54歲，集團員工同感悲痛與不捨。
 
據了解，陳繼仁看好光碟市場，在1997年毅然決然請辭研究員，自己出來創業，並成立國碩，創業首年，由於光碟市場非常熱，募資也一帆風順，沒想到隔年，面臨產業急速擴廠、價格急跌、官司訴訟、銀行抽銀根等4大利空接踵而來，一度因為財務周轉問題，差點倒閉。
 
所幸陳繼仁在家人力挺並籌出9000餘萬元，順利渡過難關，不僅讓國碩死裡逃生，後來轉投資的碩禾更成為太陽能股王。
 
國碩集團能起死回生，主要是陳繼仁對於創業之路的堅持，他最常對員工講的一句話就是「路走對了，再遙遠都會到」。（高佳菁／台北報導）
