紐約匯市周四交易，ICE美元指數下午自 3周低點回升，係因歐洲央行 (ECB)總裁德拉吉的暗示讓歐元吐回稍早兌美元的漲幅。德拉吉暗示將用「非常規措施」來刺激歐洲疲弱的經濟成長。

德拉吉表示，倘若歐元區經濟體未能達到通膨目標，ECB理事會承諾採用額外的「非常規措施」─意指量化寬鬆(QE)等刺激常規手段。

歐元兌美元周四下午達 1.2692美元，自周三晚間的 1.2740美元下降。歐元兌英鎊也下跌，自周三晚間的 0.7881英鎊下跌至 0.7875英鎊。

ICE美元指數中，美元兌歐元的比重占高達 57.6%，該指數周四下午盤旋在 85.5490，自前日觸及的3周低點 85.2970反彈上升。

英鎊兌美元大致持平，周四交易價格在 1.6118美元，周三晚間大約在 1.6165美元。

美元兌日圓仍走跌，周四交易價格自周三晚間的 108.11日圓貶至 107.84日圓。
