頂新集團旗下正義公司爆出以飼料油混食用豬油販賣，民進黨主席蔡英文今（9）日表示，民進黨立委上個月主動向行政院長江宜樺提出具體的質詢，江宜樺卻是公開的保證，這些油品可以繼續食用，「江院長應該對他的錯誤保證，負起政治責任」。

蔡英文上午出席民進黨「綠動台灣新經濟-新經濟列車巡迴造勢啟動」記者會，接受媒體訪問時，作上述表示。

蔡英文所指的，就是在9月23日，民進黨立委陳其邁、林淑芬、葉宜津在立法院聯合質詢江宜樺時，陳其邁不斷質疑江宜樺「正義油品可不可以吃」？當時江宜樺也不斷以「目前是可以的」回應表示。

對此，蔡英文說，「我們黨團的委員，上個月主動向江院長提出具體的質詢，希望政府對這些油品採取行動，江院長在那個時候的回答，卻是公開的保證，這些油品可以繼續食用。因此我們嚴正要求江院長，清楚交代他的團隊有無隱匿、包庇這些問題油品，江院長也應該對他的錯誤保證，負起政治責任」。
