萬泰銀掰掰！　正式更名為凱基銀行

開發金控（2883）今日宣布，子公司萬泰銀行今日召開董事會正式通過更名為凱基銀行，相關的作業將於今年底前完成，預計明年1月2日正式更名。萬泰銀是在今年2月與開發金共同宣布，由開發金以現金13.4元及0.2股新發行普通股的方式轉換1股萬泰銀，取得萬泰銀行100％股權，合併金額230.94億元，而萬泰銀也在上月15日下市併入開發金。萬泰銀於今日董事會正式通過更名為凱基銀行，與開發金旗下的凱基證券，同樣採取凱基的名稱。（陳瑩欣／台北報導）
